Alexandra Schroeder or Alex as her friends call her is an American based in both Asia Pacific and the United States. She is an entrepreneurial and people-oriented professional with an illustrious career in small and medium businesses. She practices extensively the People, Process, and Technology Framework.

In her past history as a working professional, she has transformed company operations, has led organizations toward efficiency and profitability. Her accomplishments involve restructuring the company’s organization and successfully driving digitalization as a means to enforce business processes that cut working time, empower people and drive overall efficiency while lowering cost and driving growth.

In her current role as Director of Sales and Customer Management at ESM Technology Inc., Alex excels in revenue strategy, educational roadmaps, partnerships and maintaining a 99% customer satisfaction index.

Overall, Alex is committed to help her customers and partners businesses grow and hand in hand work with them through challenging changing business environments.

Dennie Lou Leelin-Tan

Co-Founder, Supply Chain and Retail Professional

Embarking on her journey in the world of business, Dennie Lou began by contributing to her family’s modest bakery. She witnessed its transformation from a small shop into a thriving corporation specializing in a myriad of baked goods. This fueled her passion for the industry.

Dennie Lou’s professional narrative spans a lifetime dedicated to food manufacturing, retail, and supply chain management. In the earlier days, she navigated the nuances of discrete food manufacturing, meticulously managing inventory, adhering to the “first in, first out” principle for raw materials, and overseeing the entire production process. Little did she know, this was her introduction to what is now recognized as supply chain management.

In the initial stages, manual processes were the norm. However, as her business adapted to the changing landscape, her company embraced automation, systematically enhancing the production capabilities and scaling up retail sales. This transition not only bolstered efficiency but also led to a substantial reduction in costs and increased profits. From her formative years spent serving customers, washing dishes, and getting her hands dirty, she imbibed the ethos of timeliness and quality—a fundamental perspective in the small and medium business landscape.

Dennie Lou’s insight into the intricacies of food manufacturing and retail has equipped her to comprehend the challenges that keep business owners awake at night. Erwin has a robust background in Human Resources, specializing in Talent Management, HR Consulting, Employee Engagement, Recruiting, and Human Capital. Over his career, he has demonstrated leadership across various industries and organizations.

Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at IQ-EQ Phil. Inc., Erwin provides comprehensive HR leadership for Philippine Operations. His responsibilities encompass Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Data Management, Payroll, Employee Relations, and more. He plays a crucial role in supporting Group Client Delivery and collaborates with global HR teams.

In his prior roles, Erwin held significant positions such as Human Resources and Administration Country Lead at Mopro Phil. Inc., Vice President of Human Resources at Stellar Philippines Inc., Operations Head for Recruiting, Training, and Support Services at Teledevelopment Global Services, Vice President of Human Resources at Wells Fargo Enterprise Global Solutions Philippines, Director of Human Capital at Teletech Customer Care Management, Phil., and Director for Human Capital at Vector BPO, Inc.

Erwin’s career reflects his expertise in developing and executing HR strategies, driving organizational development, and ensuring excellence in HR service delivery. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning HR functions with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
